Jackson's 2 months pictures

These are Jackson's 2 month pictures. Mindy once again did a great job!!! He had his 2 month check up today. He is know 14 lbs 2 oz and is 23 1/4 inches long. He is 90 percentile in weight and 50 percentile in height! He is growing and developing well. Jackson is getting such a personality. He still eats, poops, and sleeps like a champ, but now is is starting to stay awake a lot more and wants to play. He loves to smile and is trying to blow raze berries. He loves to kick the toys hanging from his play mat and watching is sister play!!! And he already a typical boy. I can turn the T.V. and he can not take his eyes off of it!!! We are in trouble when he figures out how to use the control!!!


Over these past two months I have produced way too much breast milk and my freezer was completely full and had not where else to store the extra milk. I just could not bring myself to throw away the unused milk in the freezer so I got in contact with The Mother's Milk Bank in Austin about donating my milk. I finally got all the paper work and blood work done and I am now an official breast milk donor!!! I dropped off my first donation on 8-1-08 at Hillcrest and I had 1,130 ounces of milk dated back from June 20, 2008 until July 30, 2008!!! I went back yesterday and donated 300 more ounces!!! Jose calls me a jersey cow!! But I don't care, cause this Jersey Cow is helping out babies in the NICUs all over the place as well as my own baby!!!!

A Fun Weekend!

Last Friday, Mindy and I took on the challenge of cutting Jackson's hair! He was starting to get a Horseshoe so we cut it!!!!
At first we used the beard trimmers and he slept right through it! But the trimmers were not cutting the baby fine hairs that well. So....


We got out the big boy clippers and he woke up!!!! He didn't like the clippers around his neck!!! I think he is going to have a sensitive neck like his Daddy!!!
He wore himself out crying!!! It was sad but we couldn't stop once we started!!

This is all the hair that got cut off!!! I kept it for his baby book!!!
Here is the final result!!! He looks so much older and chubbier!!! I love his hair though!! It will be interesting to see if his hair comes back lighter!!! On Saturday, we got all dressed up[ fr my cousins wedding!!! I am sure this is how most of our pictures of the two of them is going to start being!!!! One will probably always be crying (if not both) or be making silly faces!!!!

Last time I took pictures of Jackson in his car seat was on our way home from the hospital. You can say he has grown a little!!!
Cameron was very good on Saturday and let me curl her hair for the wedding!!!
I love this picture of him!!! It took me 7 weeks to finally catch him smiling while I had the camera and now he pretty much smiles on command if he is in a good mood! He is such a happy baby!

What a big baby! She likes to ride in it more than Jackson does right now!!! But we only let her in it while we are at home. She is way too heavy to carry to far like that!!!

We finally took some pictures of the four of them!!! Cannot believe they are all behaving so well in the picture.

Brock has finally gotten use to Jackson. He asked to feed Jackson his bottle the other day!He is going to be a great big brother!!

When I get up to feed Jackson at night, Cameron sometimes gets up with me. And she usually falls back asleep on the couch on a pillow but the other day she fell asleep sitting up! It was so cute!!!
